Orders are not guaranteed until payment is processed and fulfillment begins.

Intellectual Property

All DreemVu branding, logos, designs, slogans, graphics, visual assets, and proprietary materials remain the exclusive property of DreemVu.

Order Fulfillment

Customers acknowledge that:

Orders require 14–21 business days processing

Shipping occurs separately after processing

USPS operates independently from DreemVu

Carrier delays are outside DreemVu’s control.

Limitation of Liability

DreemVu shall not be liable for:

Indirect damages

Consequential damages

Shipping carrier delays

Delivery interruptions

Lost opportunities or profits

Liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.
