Order Processing
All DreemVu orders are subject to a 14–21 business day processing period before shipment.
Processing time allows us to prepare, inspect, package, and fulfill orders appropriately.
Please note:
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday only.
No shipping, local pickups, or local deliveries occur on Sundays.

DreemVu ships orders primarily through USPS Ground Advantage.

Once shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
Local Pickup (Baltimore Only)
Local pickup may be available within Baltimore.
Pickup conditions:
Pickup locations must be mutually agreed public locations.
Residential pickups are not permitted.
Pickup availability may vary.
Local Delivery (Baltimore Only)
DreemVu may offer local hand delivery within Baltimore based on availability.
Delivery scheduling is determined at DreemVu’s discretion.
Returns & Exchanges
Customers may request a return within 14 days of confirmed delivery.
Eligible returned items must be:
Unworn
Unwashed
In original condition
Free from damage, stains, odors, or signs of use
Returned with original packaging where applicable
Returned items that do not meet these requirements may be denied.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return:
$20 Faith Bundle products
Promotional items
Discounted products
Final sale merchandise
Custom or limited-release items designated as non-returnable
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
Incorrect item was shipped
Product arrived defective
Fulfillment error occurred on DreemVu’s side
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund processing may require 5–10 business days after approval.
Carrier & Delivery Responsibility
DreemVu is not responsible for:
USPS shipping delays
Carrier delivery interruptions
Incorrect addresses entered by customers
Packages marked delivered by USPS
Damage occurring after delivery due to wear, washing, misuse, or handling
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
